«امي!»

مېرمن ګروف له هغې دروازې نارې کړې چې د باغ خوا ته پرانیستل کېده. له هغې خوا د چا ځواب رانغی. لمر نیم ساعت وړاندې لوېدلی و، نرۍ، کمزورې طلايي او سرې وړانګې یې لږلږ ښکارېدې. د اسمان په لوېدیځه څنډه کې د ورېځو څو ټوټې خپرې وې. ختیځې خوا ته د څوارلسمې سپوږمۍ له خپلې ټولې ښکلا سره رابره شوې وه چې د ستورو رڼا یې تته کړې وه.

دې پوښتنه وکړه«امي چیرې ده؟. چا لیدلې چې راغلې وي؟»

د امې ورور، چې په چاقو یې له یوې پلنې دړې د کښتۍ پر جوړولو کار کاوه، وویل «ما نیم ساعت مخکې ولیده چې بافت یې په لاس کې و او په زنو پاس ختله.»

مېرمن ګروف په زنو وختله او بیا یې نارې کړې، خو بیا هم چا ځواب ورنه کړ.

له ځان سره یې وویل«حیرانه یم چې ماشومه به چیرې وي»

د څه شېبې لپاره ورته اندېښنه پیدا شوه. نو په زینو وخته چې ماشومه ومومي. د امي د خوب خونې ور پورې و خو چې خلاصه یې کړه، که ګوري ماشومه نجلۍ په خلاصه کړکۍ کې ناسته ده. دا په اسمان کې د سپوږمۍ په ښکلا او په خپلو فکرونو کې دومره ډوبه شوې وه چې د مور په راتګ خبره نه شوه.

مېرمن ګروف ږغ پرې وکړ«امي»

ماشومه راپاڅېده او ژر یې وویل،–

«اوه، مورې، راشه وګوره، ښکلې نه ده؟»

مېرمن ګروف د ماشومې څنګ ته کښېناسته او په داسې حال کې چې لاسونه یې ترې راچاپېره کړل، ویې ویل: «ګرانې څه ته ګورې؟

«سپوږمۍ، ستورو او د غونډۍ هاخوا جهیل ته. مورې پر اوبو رڼاوو ته وګوره، ښایسته نه دي! حیرانه یم چې دا ما ته ولې دومره ډېر سکون او خوند راکوي؟»

–       «غواړې چې دلیل یې درته ووایم؟»

–       «اوه، ولې نه ګرانې مورې! په څه خاطر؟»

–       «هر څه چې ښکلي او ښه دي خدای پیدا کړي دي.»

–       «هو، په دې خو پوهېږم!»

–       « ښه او ښکلي د انسان لپاره دي؛ ځکه چې انسان تر ټولو لوی خلقت او خدای ته نژدې دی. نور ټول شیان د ده د خوښۍ لپاره پنځول شوي دي؛ خدای دا شیان ورته پیدا کړي چې جسم او روح یې پرې خوشاله وي.»

امي وویل«زه نه پوهېږم چې له سپوږمۍ او ستورو زه څه کار اخیستی شم.»

مور یې وویل«شېبه مخکې تا وویل چې د دې سپوږمۍ د رڼا ښکلا سکون او خوښي درکوي.»

-«دا سمه ده خو تا یې دلیل راته وایه.»

مور وویل«لومړی به دا درته ووایم چې سپوږمۍ او ستوري د شپې په مخه موږ ته رڼا راکوي. که یو وخت ونه توانېدې چې له لمر لوېدو وروسته خپل کور ومومې د هغو له مخې کور ته بېرته راتلی شې.»

امي وویل«دا فکر مې نه کاوه چې له ستورو او سپوږمۍ څخه دا کار اخیستلی شم.»

مور یې خبرو ته دوام ورکړ، – –

«لکه څرنګه چې مې درته وویل، خدای هر څه چې ښه او ښکلي دي د انسان لپاره پیدا کړي، او د خلقت دا ښکلي او ښه شیان دوه ګټې لري،– یوه یې زموږ د جسم لپاره او بله زموږ د روح لپاره. سپوږمۍ او ستوري نه یوازې د شپې له خوا رڼا راکوي، بلکې زموږ روح ته ارام ورکوي. او دا ځکه چې د طبیعت ټول شیان د خدای دي، په سترګو یې ورته والی نه وینو، خو د روح په وسیله یې لمس کوو. امي پوه شوې چې څه وایم؟»

ماشومې وویل«صرف یو څه. ګرانې مورې ستا مطلب دا دی چې خدای دننه په ستورو او سپوږمۍ او نورو شیانو کې دی چې ده جوړ کړي دي؟»

مور«زما مطلب کټ مټ دغسې نه دی؛ خو د دې لپاره چې دا شیان خدای جوړ کړي، زموږ روح ممکن په هغو کې د هیندارې په شان د خدای پاک د مینې او پوهې څرک وویني. په اوبو کې یې د حقیقت تصویر وینو چې که وپوهېږو د ذهن تنده ماتوي او له وجوده ناپاکۍ لېرې کوي. په لمر کې یې د مینې تصویر وینو، چې رڼا او تودوالی راکوي، او زموږ روح ته ښکلا او سلامتیا وربخښي.»

امي وپوښتل«نو سپوږمۍ څنګه؟»

«سپوږمۍ د لمر په شان توده او ځلانده نه ده خو په سوړوالي او چوپتیا کې د خدای پاک د مینې اظهار کوي. ځینې وخت  هغه حقیقتونه چې سر مو پرې خلاصېږي د لمر د مینې او رڼا هومره تاوده نه وي. سپوږمۍ موږ ته په تیاره کې لار راښيي خو ته تر دې کوچنۍ یې چې ډېر یې درک کړې. یوازې له یاده مه باسه چې هر ښکلی او ښه شی چې وینې، خدای جوړ کړی دی، د ده د ذات او ماهیت یو څه ستا روح ته منعکسوي. له همدې کبله کله چې د طبیعت ګلالیو، ښکلو، سترو، سپېڅلیو او خوږو شیانو ته ګورې، زړه دې ارام او خوند احساسوي.»

د څه شېبې لپاره دوی له کړکۍ د منظرې لیدو ته کېښناستل، دواړو ته خدای او د هغه خلق شویو شیانو د سکون احساس ورکړ. هاله له لاندې یو ږغ شو او امي له خوشالۍ نارې کړې، —

«اوه، پلار دی!» مور یې له لاسه ونیوله او لاندې لاړل چې ورسره وویني.

تيماتي شې ارتر (Timothy Shay Arthur)، چې په ټي ایس ارتر مشهور دی، د نولسمې پېړۍ مشهور امریکايي لیکوال دی.

ارتر، چې د ۱۹۰۹ کال د جون په ۶ مه د نیویارک په اورینج کاونټي کې زېږېدلی او د ۱۸۸۵ د مارچ په ۶ مه په حق رسېدلی، تر ډېره د (Ten Nights in a Bar-Room and What I Saw There) ناول په خاطر مشهور شوی دی.

دې ناول، چې په ۱۸۵۴ م کال چاپ شو، د شرابو د څښاک له ټولنیز غورځنګ (temperance) سره مرسته وکړه.

د ده لنډې کیسې د امریکا د منځوۍ طبقې ژوند انځوروي.

ده لکه څرنګه چې په خپله یوه کیسه (An Angel in Disguise) کې ښودلې، د مینې پر ژور اغېز باور درلود.

تر ۱۸۲۰ پورې د ارتر پلار، چې ژرنده ګړی و، د میریلنډ مرکز بالتیمور ته کډه شو او دی د لنډ وخت لپاره ښوونځي ته لاړ. په دیارلس کلنۍ کې یې ښوونځی پرېښود او يه ژرنده کې یې کار پیل کړ. څوارلس کلن و چې ارتر له یوه خیاط سره شاګرد شو، خو د سترګو د نظر کمزورتیا او په مجموع کې له فزیکي کارونو سره د ده نه لېوالتیا سبب شوه چې په بل کار پسې وګرځي. بیا یې له یوه عمده کاروباري سره کار پیل کړ چې وروسته د یوه پانګوونکي ناظر شو.

خو ده د کار تر څنګ مطالعه کوله. په ۱۸۳۰ کې یې په ځايي ادبي مجلو کې د لیکنو په خپرولو پیل وکړ. په همدې کال ده په خپل نوم شعرونه او په مستعار نوم د کیسو، تکلونو او شعرونو ټولګه (The Amethyst) چاپ کړه.

په ۱۸۳۰ مه لسیزه کې ارتر د یوه مسلکي لیکوال په توګه د کتابونو په خپروونکي بدل شو. که څه هم دی بریالی نه و خو په مجموع کې د کتابونو چاپ موقع ورکړه چې لا ډیر ولیکي. په ۱۸۳۸ کې یې د (The Baltimore Book) په نوم له اډګار الن پوه سره ګډه ټولګه خپره کړه. په دې ټولګه کې د الن پوه (Slope) کیسه راغلې ده. د همدې لسیزې تر تر پای ته رسېدو وروسته په ۱۹۴۲ کې ارتر د عوامو په خوښه برابر ناول (Insubordination) خپور کړ خو تر دې مخکې یې په ۱۸۴۰ کې د ځايي مجلې (Washingtonian Temperance Society) لپاره پر له پسې مقالې ولیکلې. دا مقالې، چې تر ډېره د الکولو د څښاک پر ضد وې، په پراخه پیمانه بیا بیا خپرې شوې. د ده له لیکنو وروسته د (Six Nights) یا شپږ شپې په نوم ټولګه چاپ شوه.

سکس نایټس ټولکه په ځلونو چاپ شوه او نه یوازې یې له الکول ضد کمپاین سره بلکې د ده له شهرت سره هم زیاته مرسته وکړه.
