Cabinet meeting chaired by Taliban’s Amir al-Muminin Efforts should be made to collect Zakat and Ushr
A spokesman for the Taliban government, Zabihullah Mujahid, said a cabinet meeting had been held in Kandahar under the chairmanship of Taliban leader Mullah Hibatullah Akhund.
