UN: The world should not turn its back on Afghanistan, says Afghanistan needs serious attention from the world

Hazrat Osman Noori April 4, 2022
United nation

The United Nations has reiterated that Afghanistan needs the attention of the world. The United Nations says it is seeking more humanitarian aid for Afghanistan, but other developments around the world have diverted attention from the country.
The United Nations says food insecurity in Afghanistan is declining and the number of people who have access to whole food is dropping to zero every day. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has called on the international community to reach out to Afghans and increase their assistance in the face of this dire humanitarian crisis.
They called on the world to take care of Afghans, as long wars have had a direct impact on their lives and spread poverty.
