President of India: My Turkmen counterpart and I support lasting stability and peace in Afghanistan

The Indian president, who is on a visit to Turkmenistan, said he had discussed with his Turkmen counterpart the current situation in Afghanistan and the future.
Indian President Ram Nath Kovind has said that security and stability in the region depend on the situation in Afghanistan, which is why countries in the region are trying to bring lasting stability to the country.
He called on the international community to increase its humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan.
India and Turkmenistan have also stressed the importance of implementing the TAPI project, and both countries have said that Afghanistan’s stability is important for the implementation of such large-scale projects.
