Pentagon: Ukraine conflict will weaken Russia

According to the Pentagon, Russia has run out of precision-guided weapons, so it will now rely on indiscriminate artillery and bombs. On the other hand, the US President is visiting Poland today.
Speaking at an EU summit in Brussels, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelinsky presented a map of the damage done to Russia and the destruction of his country. He thanked Europe for uniting to support Ukraine.

However, he acknowledged that their numbers were not enough to defeat Russia’s foreign policy chief. “You have imposed sanctions,” he said. I’m grateful for that. “These are strong measures, but they were taken with little delay. We had a chance.”
He said that if the sanctions had been imposed as a precautionary measure before the war, the war might not have taken place.

Colin Kohl, the Pentagon’s deputy chief of defense policy, said the attack on Ukraine would weaken Russia. “I am convinced that Russia will be much weaker than before in the Ukraine crisis,” he said.
“Russia will be weakened militarily, economically, politically, and geographically, and will be even more isolated than before,” he added.
According to Colin Kohl, it is possible that Russia has increased its use of artillery and bombs in Ukraine, which have not been guided, as the country’s anti-RPG weapons have been eliminated.
Ukraine’s military says some Russian military units have returned to Russian territory after suffering heavy casualties. It added that the units had lost more than half of their personnel.
Oleksiy Arstovich, a senior adviser to the Ukrainian president, said the front line between Ukrainian and Russian forces had “practically frozen”.
The Ukrainian military says Russian forces have again laid siege to the cities of Kharkiv and Somi and appear to be preparing for an offensive in the Azim region of Kharkiv. But independent sources did not confirm the reports.
