The UN Special Representative for Afghanistan met.
In this meeting, Hamid Karzai first congratulated Ms. Dibora Lyons on the arrival of the ancient celebration of Nowruz and New Year and extended the UN mission in Afghanistan.
Both sides, while expressing satisfaction with the reopening of schools and universities, reiterated the girls’ access to education.

The meeting also discussed strengthening cooperation between #United_Nations in order to achieve lasting peace and stability in Afghanistan.
