President Donald Trump says Washington has got to withdraw its troops from Afghanistan , President Donald Trump said on Saturday.
Addressing a rally if his supporter in Minnesota, the president said that the US military role in Afghanistan has turned into policing.
“We are policing in Afghanistan but we have been there for 19 years,” Trump said.
However President didn’t specify the number of troops to get back home, but in early August President Trump vowed to rerun about 6000 troops from Afghanistan.
Currently, Some 14,000 US troops remain engaged in America’s longest war, training and advising Afghan forces and conducting counter-terrorism operations.
