Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Director General Rameez Raja’s request to the ICC to hold an annual match between the four teams has been rejected.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) held a meeting in the United Arab Emirates to discuss, among other things, Rameez Raja’s request for an annual match between the four teams.
Rameez Raja had said in the request that the annual match between Pakistan, India, Australia and England should be held, which would not only be very popular but would also benefit all the countries.
Now some sources have said that Rameez Raja’s request has been rejected by the ICC and the countries concerned and it has been said that it is not possible to hold an annual series between the four teams.
It is worth mentioning that Afghanistan cricket was also discussed in the meeting and so far Afghanistan cricket is not facing any problem. The new director general Mirwais Ashraf has also been accepted by the ICC. He is also allowed to sit in the General Assembly.
