He said the purpose of the OEC fundraiser was to support Afghans.

Mohammad Suleiman al-Jassir, president of the Islamic Development Bank, said that in view of the emergency situation and the money collected by the EC, it would be distributed immediately.
He said the Islamic Bank would work with the United Nations and other international agencies to promote self-reliance, security and stability in Afghanistan.
