US President Joe Biden will travel to Poland on Friday to hold talks with President Andrei Doda on Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
The White House announced plans for the trip in a statement on Sunday.
According to the statement, President Biden will discuss what steps the United States, as well as other allies and partners, will take to combat the humanitarian crisis caused by Russia’s unjustified war in Ukraine.
Prior to his visit to Poland, Biden will meet in Belgium with leaders of NATO, the seven major industrialized nations and the European Union.
