Dr. Masoud Ahmad and his daughter Nadia Masood have both obtained Doctorate or PhD degrees from Peshawar University of Engineering and Technology, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The father and daughter have started studying at the same university for their PhD, have succeeded in one place and have obtained certificates in another place.
Masood Ahmad says that he had turned down foreign scholarships because he had not been able to pursue higher education due to domestic responsibilities, but now his wife has taken over the responsibilities of the house and he has been able to study. To continue.
He said he had three daughters, including Nadia, two of whom were highly educated and married.
He says he has a business as well as a university job, but all of this was made possible by his wife’s help:

Masood Ahmad’s daughter Nadia Masood says that she got her higher education in engineering inspired by her father.
“We worked hard, we helped each other, we both completed our PhD in 2022 and were awarded certificates at the 2022 graduation ceremony. ”
She told the media that they had no such plan in advance, but by chance, the father and daughter got their doctorates together.

Massoud Ahmad says he is a professor in the mechanical department and his daughter was in the electronics department.
“I got my PhD in mechatronics and my daughter got her doctorate in electrical engineering,” he said. ”

He says his daughter completed her master’s degree in the same year and at the same time applied for a doctorate.
