The Department of Invitation Guidance was established in the Department of Power
According to Da Afghanistan Breshna Shirkat (DABS) officials, a new structure called “Dawat-ul-Irshad” is being set up in all government institutions on the orders of the Taliban’s chief minister.

According to the source, the Dawat-ul-Irshad department was established in Breshna Shirkat for this purpose and Maulvi Habibullah Hanafi was introduced to the employees of Breshna Shirkat as its director.

The power company’s press office did not comment on the structure or budget of the department.

Breshna Shirkat is a non-political and commercial state-owned company, which covers its expenses from the loss of electricity.

The company owes tens of millions of dollars to neighboring countries.

The Taliban have not mentioned the need to establish a da’wah department in this service company and it is not clear on what basis its personnel have been appointed.

Breshna Shirkat had earlier removed all its appointments from government officials under a statute of limitations.
