Deputy Chief Minister Mullah Abdul Ghani Biradar has traveled to Farah province and said he intends to build the Bakhshabad Dam. He said that the reconstruction work had been successful in the past and he was determined to implement Afghanistan’s reconstruction and infrastructure projects in the future as well. After the press conference, he met with officials of the province. Construction of the Bakhshabad Dam was started under the previous regime, but has stalled after a new transformation in the country.
