The United Nations World Food Program (WFP) in Afghanistan says it is distributing food aid to those in need in all 34 provinces.
The agency wrote on its official Twitter account yesterday that food had been distributed to 2600 people this month in remote areas of Jawzjan province alone.

It should be noted that WFP and many other organizations and charities have recently started the process of distributing aid to needy families in all provinces and districts of Afghanistan a few months ago. Halwa and other essentials are included.
