Afghan Peace Talks Resume

Afghanistan Peace Process is included in talks agenda, due to be resumed by Zulmy Khalilzad in Brussels, Paris and Moscow.

After at least two months the US peace envoy for Afghanistan has begun a trip to Brussels, Paris, and Moscow to discuss the Afghan peace process, the US Department of State said in a statement today Monday.

NATO Secretary General, Jens Stoltenberg, twitted today saying he met Mr. Khalilzad in Brussels and was briefed about Afghanistan Peace Process.

US Special Envoy will meet Russian and Chines Officials in Moscow, where the ending of nearly 19 years of war in Afghanistan will be discussed.

Meanwhile, sources say China tries facilitate Afghanistan Peace Process that is faced deadlock after President Trump announcement, “Afghan Peace Process is dead.”

A government official told Taand.com China asked Afghan government to introduce a delegation.

The official who was speaking in condition of anonymity said, Government asked China to  wait until primary announcement of Presidential Elections.

A Jihadi leader Ismael Khan confirmed a group of politicians were invited to Beijing to discus peace talks.

He says former President Hamid Karzai, heads the group of 30 delegation.
