The Islami Emarat led delegation led by Amir Khan Mottaqi did not raise the issue of meeting with Abdul Rashid Dostum, the leader of the National Movement Party in Turkey, the foreign ministry said.
This issue was written by Abdul Qahar Balkhi, the spokesman of the ministry, on his Twitter account on Thursday, the 26th of Hout, that neither of the parties has raised the issue of the meeting.
It was previously reported that Abdul Rashid Dostum had refused to meet with Amir Khan Mottaqi in Turkey.
قابل یادآوری است که نه از جانب امارت اسلامی و نه هم از جانب عبدالرشید دوستم، تقاضای ملاقات صورت نگرفته است.

It was also reported that a number of members of the National Movement Party had met with Mottaki in Turkey. But sources from the National Movement Party said that Abdul Rashid Dostum had not met with Mottaqi and that he would meet with higher-ranking and competent officials.
A Taliban foreign ministry spokesman denied the allegations, calling them rumors.
The Taliban have recently tried to bring back prominent political figures and set up a commission to do so.
