Who is an Entrepreneur?<\/b>
\n<\/b>An <\/span>entrepreneur <\/b>is one who creates a new business in the face of risk and uncertainty for the purpose<\/span>
\n<\/span>of achieving profit and growth by identifying opportunities and assembling the necessary resources to<\/span>
\n<\/span>capitalize on those opportunities.<\/span> Entrepreneurship as \u201cthe process by which individuals \u2013 either on their own or inside organizations \u2013 pursue opportunities without regard to the resources they currently control\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEntrepreneurship is the discovery, evaluation, and exploitation of future goods and services\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Entrepreneurship is a vital force in initiating and sustaining the economic growth in a country entrepreneurship is one of the most important determinants of the industrial growth in a society besides, entrepreneurs can make a great contribution in the growth of industry Sector. <\/span><\/p>\n

The underground of economic development is in the entrepreneurship, most of the economic development countries are sustain and build by entrepreneurship but, unfortunately Afghanistan is the country even where limited people are familiar with the concept of entrepreneurs and its process, due to the lack of knowledge, lack of resources and Human resources regarding entrepreneurship which is a big burden and challenge for the future of Afghanistan. In this article here I have explain the constraints and challenges of entrepreneurship in Afghanistan the following are some critical constraints and challenges which prevent the entrepreneurship in Afghanistan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lack of knowledge about Business opportunities is the key problem in Afghanistan where most of the traders and businessmen are facing with this issue. Afghanistan remains one of the lowest country in education sector in the world, due to the education we have minimum entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship over all the country which causes that no one have make an effective business plan to operate and run that on effective and efficient way. The main purpose of this is the education and professionalism which causes that we have minimum entrepreneurs inside the country.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lack of confidence and motivation towards business: <\/span><\/p>\n

Basically in Afghanistan when entrepreneurs start any kind of business so, no one gives advice and no one motivates him towards business. During business he\/she practice lots of experience. Nevertheless, the new entrepreneurs usually interact with lot of difficulties but with the passage of time he\/she gained some better experience for the future, when businessmen intend to start new business so they do not make any appropriate business plan for its entity to become a successful business in a country Moreover, they are not discussing the business issue with any counselor as well. <\/span><\/p>\n

Lack of information regarding how to formulate an effective business plan for entity;<\/span><\/p>\n

It is very difficult to formulate and make a strategic business plan for the business in Afghanistan in contrast with other countries; Afghanistan is very weak in Management and planning system regarding in any Sectors. Before start or establishing the new business the owner should keep the below few things for his initial step of business plan which I have clear written here.<\/span><\/p>\n

First of all, in the beginning of the business the owner should generate idea which there is no one any competitors in a market for his business secondly, a businessman who are starting his business they must know the business field it is very compulsory for running any type of business because theoretically you know the planning, organizing and leading of the business but practically it is very difficult to run business in somewhere.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lack of security and marketing process;<\/span><\/p>\n

Over the last four decades, Afghanistan did not remain stable and sustain in economic, education and particularly in security and media section yet. Afghanistan is still in security threats from the last four decades besides, marketing is a very important component thing for running a business before the operation or launching your services or goods you must aware the people from your products \u00a0that which kind of product or service you provide for the people furthermore, everyone should know from the uses and features of your products it helps to extend your business plan and it helps in generating revenue to your business because, it is the basic components of the business and entity.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shortage of electricity;<\/span><\/p>\n

Afghanistan has the low voltage capacity of electricity which they don\u2019t have a big voltage capacity in order to provide for the industrial sectors, currently Afghanistan is suffered from this issue in many provinces. If Afghanistan invest or buy a high level of voltage of electricity defiantly. The number of the factory will be increased and more people will be willing to invest in industrial sectors in Afghanistan indeed, we will have the own national production inside the country and the government would make own tariff on it. Afghanistan has the resources for instance water the government of Afghanistan has enough water but they can\u2019t manage and organize the water properly.<\/span><\/p>\n

Moreover, Afghanistan has the full land of water but, there is no any strong management or investment concept of making any kind of Dam on water. These water are fulfilled the need of electricity but, it need a framework and utilization. International community assist in many sectors unfortunately the international community and government of Afghanistan did not focus to invest on Dams.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lastly, Afghan Government and International Community are supposed to consider building Dams for growth the internal industries and entrepreneurs because water management is compulsory in Afghanistan for the industry and entrepreneurs of Afghanistan. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
